In addition to our award winning cupcakes, we also make a variety of other decadent desserts that are great for special events! We work closely with the bride and groom (or event coordinators) to make their special day even more beautiful and delicious! From ballroom grand to rustic simplicity, each creation is unique and memorable.
When it comes to creating your perfect wedding dessert display, there are two ways for you to order. Both options include the entire bredth of our product offerings, but follow slightly different protocol:
OPTION 1: Our Wedding Consultation System
You can opt to go through our Wedding Consultation System if:
- Your wedding is more than 6 months away
- You would like ongoing, personal correspondence with our wedding specialist
- You would like delivery & setup
- You would like a person (phone or in-person) consultation
*Important details to note:*

- There is a consultation fee of $30 for phone consults (includes 6 tasting cupcakes), and $50 for in-person consults (includes 12 tasting cupcakes).
- There are also no volume discounts for our cupcakes when you go through our Consultation System.
This is due to the additional labor involved with our Consultations and the level of additional service provided through ongoing correspondence. - Your wedding must be at least 6 months away in order to go through our Consultation System, and sometimes we can book up even further out than that. All bookings are subject to availability.
OPTION 2: Shop Wedding Orders
Alternatively, you can place a Shop Wedding Order if:
- Your wedding is less than 6 months away
- You prefer online-only correspondence
- You want an efficient, self-guided ordering process (no phone or in-person consult needed)
- You are able to arrange for pickup (no delivery needed)
- You would like a volume discount on cupcakes

- Shop Wedding Orders must follow all of our regular pricing and ordering parameters. Please carefully review our Ordering Guide before ordering.
- All orders and product requests are still subject to availability. We require at least 2 weeks’ notice for Shop Wedding Orders.
We can sometimes book up even sooner than that for large/special orders depending on demand.
- We do not offer in-person consultations or delivery & setup for Shop Wedding Orders.
- Payment is due as soon as your order details are finalized.
Even if the order is placed several months ahead, we receive new inquiries every day and can book up a while in advance; so orders must be paid for before they are confirmed.

We typically recommend 1 standard-size or 2-3 mini dessert items per person.
