Placing a Shop Wedding Order offers the following options and level of service:
- Online Correspondence
Your entire order will be placed entirely via email with no in-person meeting.
While email communication is strongly preferred, if you would like to order over the phone, we can arrange for a scheduled call with someone from our Management Team. - Efficient, Self-Guided Ordering Process
You will want to look through our Ordering Guide at your convenience and choose all your items prior to sending in your inquiry. A member of our team will follow up to finalize your order. Keep in mind we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate any and all potential changes – particularly quantity increases – to your order after it is finalized and paid.
- Dessert Variety
You can still put together a great assortment of desserts to suit your needs. - Wedding Cakes
Wedding cakes ranging from 6-inch to 3-tiers in size and make beautiful centerpieces for any dessert display. You may choose from our 9 signature wedding cake styles to streamline the process, or you can inquire about a custom desgin if you provide photo references. - Stand Rentals
You still have the option to rent beautiful display pieces (for an additional fee) to display your desserts. - Order Pickup
Orders must be picked up and you are responsible for getting the desserts from our shop to your venue. - Volume Discount On Cupcakes
You will receive our regular volume pricing on large cupcake orders when you place a Shop Wedding Order.

- Shop Wedding Orders must follow all of our regular pricing and ordering parameters.
- All orders and product requests are still subject to availability. We require at least 2 weeks’ notice for Shop Wedding Orders.
We can sometimes book up even sooner than that for large/special orders depending on demand.
- We do not offer in-person consultations or delivery & setup for Shop Wedding Orders.
- Payment is due as soon as your order details are finalized.
Even if the order is placed several months ahead, we receive new inquiries every day and can book up a while in advance; so orders must be paid for before they are confirmed.
