We can accommodate special orders to bring practically any vision to life!
Due to the vast number of details and nuances involved with special orders, efficiency is key. That’s why we’ve developed an ordering system that guides customers to the proper channels for their specific needs. This allows us to keep communications as helpful, succinct, and clear as we can, so we can serve as many people as possible while minimizing errors. Your inquiries will always be handled with care by a qualified staff member.

(Our online ordering site shows you all of the items we have available in-shop at the moment. You can reserve the items you’d like, prepay, and then pick up any time before closing.
The online store goes live each night at 8pm to receive orders for the following day, and will accept orders until 3pm for pickup that same day.)

– Keep in mind that we require at least 2 days’ notice for cupcake orders containing flavors from our Monthly Menu, and at least 1 week’s notice for cupcake orders with specialty/off-menu flavors.

– If you’re inquiring with less than 2 days’ notice or looking to purchase fewer than 6 cupcakes, we ask that you follow our Same Day Order procedures on the day you’d like to pick up.

We can sometimes book up even sooner, so always plan to order as early as possible!

We strongly advise following the above ordering procedures, as this opens up a line of email correspondence between you and our staff. Online/email orders are preferable over in-person and phone orders because they create a paper trail for us to refer back to if needed, leaving minimal room for errors or miscommunications. They also allow our staff to balance order taking with actual production; and it allows you to take your time in digesting all the important information and suggestions they give you.
If you’d like to speak to a team member on the phone about a special order, it’s best to still fill out one of our online forms to give us a general idea of your needs/wants, and then request a scheduled phone call in your inquiry (there will be a “Notes” section on each form where you can do this).
