What makes our frostings so delicious? The secret is our hybrid American and Italian style buttercream. Classic American buttercreams are everyone’s favorite, yet they sometimes harden and are super sweet. So we combined it with an Italian meringue buttercream to give it an airy, velvety texture without adding extra sweetness.
Once we have a good buttercream base, we add our various flavorings. Homemade caramels, toffees, fruit compotes and fresh fruit juices make it into our exotic flavored frostings. Some of our popular ones are Salted Caramel, Strawberry, and of course Vanilla Bean. Our Fall menu features Marshmallow and Caramel buttercreams on Pumpkin S’mores and Caramel Apple.
If you love our buttercreams, they are available for purchase per quart! A quart size buttercream frosts about 25-30 cupcakes and only costs $15.
