That’s right, we’ll be back in action at the end of this week!
After conferring with our team, we feel that we can comfortably return to serving customers by implementing new safety and sanitation protocol in our shop.
All of our employees will be well versed in thorough hand-washing/cleaning procedures and equipped with masks & gloves.
We are also restructuring our staffing during shifts to maximize social distancing and ensure that all of our new procedures are being followed.
Our third-party delivery services DoorDash and Uber Eats will allow customers to order our delicious cupcakes, macarons, and cookie dough.
These services will be reactivated first thing on Friday.
We will also be introducing our own online store through our point-of sale-platform, Square!
Our new online shop has a wider selection of items (including all of the products listed above), PLUS some retail items like sprinkle mixes, cake toppers, cards, & more! We’ll also offer gift packaging if you’re picking up a sweet surprise for someone.
Our online store is a great, convenient option that offers contactless ordering, pre-payment, & curbside pickup.
It will be activated on Friday morning. A link will be posted to our website, as well as our Instagram and Facebook pages.
If you’re able to order online, we ask that you exercise that option in the interest of minimizing contact. We will have a staff member at the door to greet customers as they pull up.
If you have already placed an order, he/she will retrieve your items from inside and bring them out to you.
If you haven’t already placed an order and you have a smartphone, we will guide you to our online store so you can order from the safety your vehicle. Your request will go into our queue to be packed and brought out to your car as quickly as possible.
We will allow customers into the shop in a limited capacity if they truly cannot order online or don’t feel comfortable doing so.
If you absolutely need to come into the shop, you must be wearing a protective mask.
For customers who must enter the shop, we will be letting them in one at a time.
Small children may come inside with parents if absolutely necessary, as long as they are wearing a protective mask and stay by their parent/guardian’s side.
Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 10am-6pm; & Sunday 10am-2pm.
We’ll still have our ten classic flavors each day, plus 5 rotating weekly specials, gluten-free and vegan options, and our pet-friendly PupCakes. Our cupcake options will be updated on our online store and our website’s Daily Cupcake Menu page at the beginning of each week, and we’ll continue to post on Instagram and Facebook each morning with reminders about our current product offerings.
All existing orders (that were confirmed prior to our temporarily closure) will still be completed as scheduled. This policy only pertains to new inquiries.
We’re still happy to help customers place orders for pickup on July 6th and later; but if you’re looking for any special designs/products prior to that date, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate your request.
You’re always welcome to place advance orders for cupcakes from our usual in-store offerings, as they can simply be set aside from our supply on the morning of your requested pickup date.
