You can either call or email the shop to submit an order, however email orders must be sent in at least 48 hours in advance.

*It is possible for us to hit our pre-order quota before these time-frames, so please order ahead whenever possible!
Regular Sized Cupcake Pricing:
• $2.50 per cupcake
• $14 per half dozen
• $28 per dozen ($33 for gluten-free or vegan),
If choosing a flavor we bake that day (see Menu page), you can order any amount.
If choosing a flavor not on the menu that day, you must order a minimum of 12 (you can choose from the specific-day flavors and seasonal flavors).
On most holidays we have to create a set menu in order to maintain our quality control with such high volume. Menu will be posted on Facebook and posted at the shop.
Mini Cupcake Pricing: (Pre-order only, not made for shop)
Please note that minis are not made for the shop and need to be special-ordered.
• $25 per two-dozen minis (additional dozen increments are $12.50)
• $30 per 2-dozen for special dietary cupcakes (gluten-free or vegan)
Minimum of 24 minis (can be ordered in dozen increments after that).
If choosing flavors we bake that day, you can order 4 flavors.
If choosing a flavor not on the menu that day, you must order a minimum of 24 (you can choose from the classics, specific-day flavors and seasonal flavors).
The last hour of each day is Cupcake Happy Hour at FLAVOR! $2.00 cupcakes during the last hour of business!
Here’s why… We bake fresh each and every day. We do not sell cupcakes that were made any earlier than that day (unless we have leftovers and they are specified as such). We have to clear our shelves and start fresh again the next day. Therefore, we have to sell out each day in order not to waste. We keep our doors open for our customers on weekdays until 7:00 and Saturday until 6:00 – this way we are here for all of you who work and can’t make it here until those later hours. If you want a specific order, simply call or email ahead and we’ll put an order in for you or set cupcakes aside from that day. Then, you can come up until the last hour to pick them up. Walk-in customers during the last hour will benefit with a $.50 savings per cupcake, but have to understand that all flavors might not be here and we may even sell out. We believe this is a win/win for Flavor and for our customers. We’re keeping it fresh and passing the savings along to you!!
Custom Decorations
Colored Frosting
• Minimum of 12 regular sized cupcakes and 24 minis (all of the same frosting flavor) for colored frosting. We can only color our buttercream frosting (cream cheese and whipped cream frostings cannot be colored).
• Colored sprinkles are also available if you’d like to add a specific color to your order.
Custom Toppers (Fondant & Paper-Craft)
• Require 1 week notice (some weeks book up early)
• $1.25+ per cupcake for custom fondant (price depends on intricacy of design). Minimum order of 12.
• $1 per cupcake for custom paper-craft toppers. Minimum order of 12.
• We also have several hand-made paper-craft toppers and gift cards available for purchase in our shop.

Buttercream Cakes – starting prices*
• $15 – 4” round (6 servings)
• $30 – 6” round or square (8 servings)
• $45 – 8” round or square (12-15 servings)
• $80 – 10” round or square (22-30 servings)
Fondant Cakes – starting prices*
• $20 – 4” round (6 servings)
• $40 – 6” round or square (8 servings)
• $55 – 8” round or square (12-15 servings)
• $90 – 10” round or square (22-30 servings)
Custom Theming*
• Theming not available on 4” cakes
• Adding a custom theme to 6” cakes is $15, 8” and 10” cakes are $20
Tiered Cakes:*
• All tiered cakes require a minimum of 25 servings.
• $4 per serving starting price for tiered buttercream cakes
• $4.75 per serving starting price for tiered fondant cakes
(most themed fondant cakes range from $5.50 – $6.25 per serving)
* Starting prices include simple decorating, ribbon and personalization. Price increase for customization and theming.
* Add 18% for special dietary flavors (gluten-free and vegan)
Cake Truffles
• We usually have 3 Cake Truffle flavors in the shop each day.
• $1.25 per Cake Truffle ($7 for 6) You can purchase any amount in the shop and/or pre-order any amount and we will put together a variety pack based on what we have that day. Specific flavors cannot be ordered.
Cupcake Push-pops
• We have 1-3 push-pop flavors in the shop each day and they can be purchased in any amount.
• $3 per Cupcake Push-Pop
• The following flavors will rotate in the shop and can be pre-ordered as a minimum of 12:

• If you would like to pre-order push-pops in any of our other delicious flavors, they must be ordered as a minimum of 40.
Cupcake Party Boxes
Bring the creativity of flavor to your home!
We have created fun party boxes so you can host a fun cupcake party at your home! Party Boxes include undecorated cupcakes, frosting piping bags filled with our delicious buttercream and in the colors of your choice, sprinkles, and boxes that the party-goers can decorate, learn how to assemble, and in which they can take home their cupcake creations! Call or visit the shop for more details!
Deliveries
Deliveries only available on weekends for orders over $100. Call or email the shop to see if we can deliver a weekday order
(minimum for weekday delivery would be $200).
• We will deliver for $20 within a 10 mile radius of either our Bel Air or Cockeysville shops. $1 for each additional mile up to a 30 mile maximum radius.
